2023 VINEL-LO BLANCO

This cuvée comes from 30-70-year-old vines planted in calcareous clay soils. The goal is always to incorporate as many grape varieties as possible, all harvested just before maximally ripe, typically three to five days apart from one another. This year it includes Garnatxa Blanca, Macabeu, Moscatel, Xarel·Lo, Vinyater, Pansé, and Parellada. The grapes are whole-cluster foot crushed for one to two days of maceration before being gently basket pressed into stainless steel tank for fermentation. After nine months on fine lees, the wine is bottled unfined, unfiltered, and without SO2. 10.5% ABV

2022 VINEL-LO TINTO

This cuvée comes from 35-year-old vines planted in calcareous clay soils. The goal is always to incorporate as many grape varieties as possible, all harvested just before maximally ripe, typically three to five days apart from one another. This year it includes Samsó (three clones), Garrut, Trepat, Ull De Perdiu, Queixal De Llop, Sumoll, and Garnatxa Negra. The grapes are whole-cluster foot crushed for three to four days of maceration before being gently basket pressed into stainless steel tank for fermentation. After ten months on fine lees, the wine is bottled unfined, unfiltered, and without SO2. 11% ABV
