ROSSO
This wine comes from spalliera-trained Montepulciano vines planted in clay and limestone. The grapes are destemmed and fermented in tank for about a week before being pressed off. Élevage is carried out in stainless steel for four months before bottling. 13% ABV
2023 CERASUOLO D’ABRUZZO
This wine comes from spalliera-trained Montepulciano vines planted in clay and limestone. The grapes were harvested during the third week of September and destemmed into the press for a short maceration. A few hours later, the juice is pressed into stainless steel for fermentation. After four months on fine lees, the wine is bottled. 12.5% ABV
TREBBIANO D’ABRUZZO

ORANGE
This wine comes from spalliera-trained Trebbiano vines planted in clay and limestone. The grapes were harvested the second week of September. They were destemmed into stainless steel for a month-long fermentation on skins. No punch-downs were done, only gentle pump-overs. The wine is then pressed off into tank for a quick settling before being racked into stainless steel for a four-month élevage on fine lees. It is bottled unfined and unfiltered. 11.5% ABV
