2025 MACERATED RIESLING

This wine comes from Sekhon Family Vineyard down in Osoyoos. The 25 year old vines are planted in sand which goes untilled and features indigenous cover crops. The grapes were fermented as whole clusters in stainless steel with daily pigeage for two weeks before being pressed off. The wine finishes fermentation in neutral barrel. After eight months, it is racked and bottled unfined, unfiltered, and no SO2. 10.7% ABV, pH 3.34, TA 6.45 g/L, 2.24 g/L R/S

2025 CARBONIC PINOT GRIS

This wine comes from Juno Block in Summerland. Seven year old Pinot Gris does well on this east facing slope on sandy loam. The soils are untilled and are home to wild cover crops. The grapes were fermented whole-cluster under a layer of CO2 for two weeks in a closed stainless steel tank. The wine is then pressed off to finish fermentation and an eight month élevage in tank before being racked and bottled unfined, unfiltered, and no SO2. 12.3% ABV, pH 3.82, TA 5.55 g/L, 1.03 g/L R/S

2025 GAMAY NOIR

This wine comes from a half acre grown by Keenan's neighbour right next to Sagehills in Summerland. The high density vineyard was planted four years ago in sandy loam and glacial deposits. The grapes underwent two weeks of whole-cluster carbonic maceration before being pressed off into neutral barrel to finish fermentation. After seven months, the wine was racked and bottled unfined, unfiltered, and no SO2. 12.2% ABV, pH 3.67, TA 6.68 g/L, 1.4 g/L R/S

2025 CAWSTON CHARDONNAY

Berm & Gate vineyard is home to a true rarity, twenty-six year old Chardonnay vines. The untilled sandy loam and river stones host indigenous cover crops. The grapes were whole cluster pressed directly into neutral barrels for both fermentation and élevage. After eight months, the wine is racked and bottled unfined, unfiltered, and no SO2. 12.3% ABV, pH 3.42, TA 6.38 g/L, 1.59 g/L R/S
